1. Must have a domain or subdomain. *Any free hosting(freewebs,etc.) has a chance to be accepted, but only by talent and content :)*
2. I accept by talent, not by views.
3. Please do not apply if you are on hiatus, have not yet put anything up, or are in the middle of moving sites.
4. Must have a decent amount of content already up before applying.
5. All content MUST be made by you, no premade layouts made by another site for you will be accepted.
6. Must have both of my myspace accounts added before applying: Acount 1 and Account 2. 7. I link you on every page shown on my site under my affiliates list, I expect you to do the same for me.
